IRR 內(nèi)部回報率/內(nèi)部收益率
　　英文Internal Rate of Return的縮寫，是一種量度投資報酬的指標(biāo)，而這種投資系將現(xiàn)金流量規(guī)模和時機考慮在內(nèi)。內(nèi)部回報率的計算公式在結(jié)構(gòu)上與計算債券到期收益率的公式相同，因為它不僅反映了總報酬，還考慮了實現(xiàn)報酬的速度。有時被稱為“年率化回報率”。
　　Abbreviation of internal rate of return. A measure of return on an investment that takes both the size and timing of cash flows into account. The formula is identical with that of bonds return rate at maturity for it reflects not only the total remuneration but also the rate at which the remuneration is actualized. Also known as annual rate type of return rate.
