　　Annual renewal
　　The registration of a firm will end on 31 December each year. An application for renewal shall be made to the Registrar of the Institute not later than 15 December in the year preceding the year of renewal in such form as the council may specify.
 
　　Renewal of firm registration shall not be granted except on payment of the registration fee fixed by the council.
 
　　A firm registration certificate valid from 1 January to 31 December of the year will be issued upon receipt of the required fees and all membership/ practising certificate renewal procedures.
